Les Editions de Saxe through their magazine Magic Patch had the “magic” idea to edit a CD covering the main exhibitions of the European Patchwork Meeting that took place in Alsace last September. Aurifil has been very happy to be a partner of Magic Patch and to contribute to the spreading of all the magnificent works that were shown in the different sites. Over 1000 quilts scattered in 4 villages to be photographed – what an impossible task for an amateur! But thanks to Editions de Saxe this was made possible and we are sure that a lot of readers have appreciated this initiative.
In this November/December issue, Aurifil is also Magic Patch’s partner with Brillo – a metallic thread on a nice and elegant wooden spool that Editions de Saxe is offering to each customer buying goods worth € 36,00 We are sure that many quilts will, thanks to Brillo, be brilliant and shiny during the coming festive
holiday season.
